I am a newly licensed LPN in Southwestern CT (about just an hour away from the NY/CT State border). I was just hired and with differentials I make just under $25/hr in LTC. I am also doing the upcoming flu clinics and will be making $22/hr for that.
A facility close to me I saw an ad for $26-32 depending on experience. But its a place I'd never step foot in to work at..way too easy to lose your license there.
I'm sure you know, the LTC pay higher than most doc offices, clinics, etc.

Congrats on getting your license pixie and good luck in your new career>I am now more excited that ever with those pay rates it is more than I expected but I did hear that CT paid very well for LPN's and I am so glad they do,gives me a chance to provide a nicer life for my daughter. Thanks again
