Any Baylor All Saints registered nurses....

U.S.A. Texas

Greetings all,

Can anyone please give me some insight on working for Baylor and its perks/benefits. I will be moving to Fort Worth this summer and have been checking out Baylor, if I decide to go staff instead of agency. Everything I've read online (i.e ASPIRE program) sounds great. Any info would be greatly appreciated!

Specializes in ICU, PICC Nurse, Nursing Supervisor.

i am interested as well. according to the web site they offer insurance from day one but i am more curious about base and diff pay...

Specializes in L&D, OB Triage.

all i know is base starting for new grads is $21. Good luck!

also, i have clinical there and the teamwork that i observe is amazing. The nurses all work together well and seem like a family. Or they are putting on really good airs, lol.

ETA: The perks for new grads are great (they pay for your NCLEX and pay for you to take it; I think they also pay for a review session, pay relocation fees...) so I'd imagine they'd be even better for experienced nurses!!

Specializes in School Nursing.

Several friends I graduated with work there and all are very happy! I have considered going PRN there because I have heard nothing but good things about working there.
