I have two peer interviews coming up for externships, one for a Neuro-Tele unit and one for an MICU. Any advice are maybe some questions I should ask ?Thanks
nurseprnRN, BSN, RN 2 Articles; 5,114 Posts Feb 28, 2013 Well, after you do your homework about the units themselves, I suggest that you give some good, effective thought to what you want to know about each unit, its patients, its attendings, and its staff. They don't want to know what's important to us or what questions we would ask, they want to know what's important to (and about) you.

jchilds 58 Posts Mar 2, 2013 Thanks y'all! My first one went pretty well they seemed to like me a lot, though they said I wouldn't hear anything for a couple of weeks. My next one is on Monday and if they make an offer I'm snapping it up!
