Any Advice on finding clinicals??

Dose anyone know how to go about finding clinical placement? I have been calling NPs and docs in my area for months trying to find someone that would take me on as a student. I leave messages they NEVER call me back or they already have students. It is down to the wire now. I am supposed to start clinicals in January and I am running out of options. any advice would be great. thanks so much!
