Another Wilkes semester in the bag

I am a Wilkes PMHNP student.  I am finishing up semester 4 of 7.  Wilkes uses a trimester system.  I thought it might be helpful to say that I'm not getting perfect grades, but the classes are teaching me something.  I finished up Health Perspectives, Heath Assessment, and Diagnostic reasoning.  2 solid B's in classes with tests and 1 A in the writing class.  

The only negative I am experiencing at the moment is they are unwilling to talk about preceptor placement.  They make vague statements that you can be placed up to 125 miles from your home.  I have found a preceptor through networking, but wanted to know if they placed anyone closer to my home.  I live in Oklahoma City so I imagine there are potential preceptors somewhere nearby.  The preceptor I found is 100 miles away.  I am hoping the drive a few days a week isn't too stressful.
