Hello, Kababayans!
Although I did not obtain my nursing education in the Philippines, I am still very proud to say I AM A FILIPINO NURSE! I just graduated from NY last May and just recently passed the NCLEX-RN. I'm so tickled to find this forum specially made for Filipino Nurses. Hoorayyy to all of us! And welcome!
hi to all. to cntw , congratulations and to the rest who are taking the
nclex, i wish you all the luck. i took my nclex august 2005 and passed.
just a piece of advise, keep your cool during the exams, read and
understand the questions well and don't be in a hurry.
i used only kaplan and saunders and if i have questions i go back and
read the textbook. hope this helps.

CONGRATULATIONS TO YOU! Sana ako rin. (Hope me too.)
Mam, i took the Cgfns last July and passed the exam. Currently I'm still in the process of applying for my NCLEX exam. I've been using the SAUNDERS book ever since the CGFNS pa. Did you take the CGFNS as well? How can you compare the CGFNS to NCLEX in terms of test styles and difficulty? Did you review online?what is it?
I have the new book of SAUNDERS third ed ( the cover is blue).
Im hoping i'll be eligible to take the exam right away. I have no hosp experience yet after nursing student days.
