Did anyone else take Anatomy I while they were starting their Nursing program? I've taken all my pre reqs besides A&P I - but at orientation it seemed like many had already taken that class.
I planned to take it as a summer class - but I kept hearing how bad the chances of anyone getting in were, even with a good GPA. So I decided to just enjoy my summer and stretch out classes part time through the year. You can imagine my surprise when I got accepted on my first try!
I am scared I'll be at a disadvantage since I won't have that knowledge while going through clincals, ect. What do you all think?
At my school, the A P courses are part of the nursing curriculum so they are intended to be taken WITH the nursing courses. I is taken in the first semester and II is taken the second.
