Moved to excelsior forum as nothing to do with NCLEX prep.
Use the exam content guide provided by excelsior it includes recommended text and readings as well as components tested in exam

No matter you use to study, pluck your information out of your choice of study materials based on what is in the EC content guide. I used everything you can imagine: A&P for Dummies, Idioits, the unborn, half-dead, CDs from ebay, studygroup101, whatever. Not to mention 5 or 6 thick textbooks from having dropped the class many times over the years. I am NOT a biology person. I went ALL OUT for A&P and micro. Terrified of any kind of science! But it does NOT take all of that. You can pick one source and the content guide. If you follow the content guide, you will be ok. By the grace of God, a full rabbit (not just his foot), stars lining up, wind blowing just right, and my lucky shoes, I passed with a B! Good luck to you!
