American Sr Communities... Brownsburg/Zionsville Meadows

I was just wondering if anyone worked there? I'm really interested in Brownsburg Meadows since I know it's a new community. I will be moving to Zionsville in December, but I would rather work at a newer community. Does anyone know if they make if they have weekend option or baylor positions? Also any input in general would be helpful! My mom worked at Zionsville Meadows for a long time, another reason why I don't really want to work there is because I'm sorta familiar with the people that work there and could possibly work with family members (if you only knew my family members, you'd know why!) Also, if you have any info on benefits I'd greatly appreciate it!

I myself have not worked there, but I do work at a local hospital near Zionsville Meadows. 2 of my co-workers have worked at Zionsville Meadows, and both of them hve said STAY AWAY. Appearantly they are very short-staffed, desperate for staff, will offer a ton of money for nurses but the working conditions are so horrible no one stays.

I have not heard anything about Brownsburg. Hope this helps.
