No, I got in 3 years ago, under the previous application process. I'm due to graduate this semester and my current classmates all got in with the current process. In fact, my first cohort was the last of the old process and curriculum and my current cohort is the 2nd class with the new curriculum and application process. I'm pretty familiar with the current application process. The good and bad news is that it's once per year. It used to be every Fall and Spring semester.
The semester after I was accepted by both programs, ARC changed their application process to what it is today. SCC changed their process about a semester or so after that. I can honestly say that the applicant pool that they drew names from shrunk dramatically with the new process. Some of my current classmates got in the first time they applied. My original cohort, not one of them applied less than 3 times before they were accepted.

I got in with 78 Pts but I'm holding out to see if I get into sac city and if they'll have their sutter extended campus program for fall.
Sorry you didn't get in, but keep applying. As long as your status is something like "Applicant Qualified" you're good to go. Keep applying and eventually you'll get in.
Congratulations on getting accepted to a program! Both programs are good. Unfortunately I don't recall if Sac City is doing their Sutter Extended Campus program this coming Fall as that isn't done every year. You'll know if you were selected for Sac City's program before your deadline to accept the seat at ARC's program.
Really? Thanks for the heads up I was worried because I haven't received anything from scc yet!
