Am I being annoying?

So I've applied for a NICU job and my app is still pending. I have call the Nurse Manager and left her 2 messages with no return call. My friend recently started working there and she said that the manager is really hard to get ahold of and not to take it personally.

My question is would it be annoying to call her again? I really don't want to miss this opportunity and I want her to know how much I want it and how good I'll be! what do you think?

If you don't follow up, you will find out that someone else got the job. I would call once a week, on a different day each week, until somebody satisfies you with an answer.

I would also continue to call but would try to avoid leaving another message instead holding out until you actually get to speak to her. Good luck!

I would absolutely keep calling! For one, it shows you are interested. Two, if you don't stay on the manager about it, someone else will. Don't worry about being annoying!

Thanks! I did call again this week and left another message! This time for the staff development coordinator. I might as well start bugging her too! I really want this job..
