I haven't seen a thread so I figured I would start one. Is there anyone planning to apply to ACC for Fall 2018?
Congrats on the acceptances so far. I just finished my first semester and am more than happy to answer any questions you may have to the best of my ability. I don't check here often, but you can reach me at [email protected] since I check my email regularly.-Brandon
Hello Brandon..yes I'm emailing you right away
I am just beginning my prerequisite courses. I have to complete BIOL2401 and BIOL2402 in order to meet the minimum requirements to apply. Do you think they will still accept me if I only have the minimum amount of prereqs? I also have a bachelor's degree in another field. I know that they take other degrees into consideration when going through applications. Did anyone else get accepted with the minimum requirements?
Thanks

did you already apply or are you planning to apply for spring? Have you taken micro?
Before our semester began we were told the majority if not all of the accepted students will have their pre-requisites completed prior to starting and a lot prior to applying. It's very competitive and they will go with someone that has completed all their courses already considering all other things equal.
I took a look at the degree plan for ACCs ADN program. So if I am interpreting what you're saying correctly, I should take all prereqs (biol2401, biol2402, pysch2301, engl1301) in addition to (psych 2314 Lifespan and growth, biol2420 microbiology, and creative arts or language, philosophy, or arts) before applying? I've currently taken 3 of these 7 classes. I apologize if this is confusing to you. I am just so unaware of all this. I originally planned only taking biol2401 and biol2402 then applying as I have already taken pysch2301 and engl1301.
Thank you for your suggestions. They are very helpful.
