Alternative nursing jobs

As you will see if you read my other post, I will have to redirect my nursing career to something less physically stressful. Am considering nursing informatics, possibly legal nurse consulting. Any thoughts or suggestions? This is really stressing me out, elevating the old BP, etc.

All ideas will be greatly appreciated.
