It is almost the end of the semester and there are a whole lot of things I would actually prefer doing over studying at this point! Please, join in with some more!
I would rather have carnations pinned all over me and made to stand under a bee hive than study.
I would rather be tarred and feathered while walking down the street begocking like a chicken than to work on the quizzes.
I would rather throw up than read my assignments.
I would rather do laundry by hand than do a care plan.
I would rather clean the slimy goo off a grease trap than show up for lecture.
I would rather clean up a big hot steamy pile of dog doo than to read a chapter.
I would rather have my tongue cut with razor blades and then salt poured on it than... Well, maybe that is a bit extreme... What would you rather do?
Hope y'all don't think I'm sick and twisted, I am just SO tired of school and ready for Summer!!!
I guess I am in the minority - I really enjoy class and clinicals and would rather keep going straight through to graduation. All these vacations do is break my stride...
I know what you mean, it's all I can do to drag myself out of bed and into clinical or class, I think because it's almost the end I'm just so over it!!
I would rather scrub my toilets with a tooth brush than study!! Finals in Med-Surg. and Health Promotions and 2 wks of clinicals and then I'm off all summer!!I'm still debating about coming back and just being a LPN but I'm afraid if I don't come back I will regret it. I'm so exhausted it will take me a month just to catch up on lost time with my children, sleep and house work. Everyone have a great summer!!
I hope the break rejuvinates you so you do return! You are already this far in, it will be worth it to stick it out!
