Allegheny Valley Hospital School of Anesthesia interview

Published

Hi all,

Has anyone ever interviewed at Allagheny Valley in Pittsburgh before? Or is anyone interviewing soon? I searched the archives and found some old stuff, but I was hoping someone has interviewed recently. I interview in December.

Specializes in Anesthesia.

I don't check this site anymore but I got an email alert about your post. í ½í± I'd be happy to talk to you. Can you pm on this site? I'm not even sure anymore. If not just reply. I graduated from the valley in '14. í ¾í´˜âœŒï¸

Hi, I was just wondering what the start dates for the Allegheny program were. Also, the application deadline(s). I cannot seem to find any online.

Hi CABGx4

Is there an email that I can email you with questions regarding the CRNA program?

Wondering if anyone has information on the application process for Allegheny Valley Hospital School of Anesthesia (La Roche College).... I'm interested in this program but their website is a little lacking. There's a paper application, but I'm unsure if I must 1st submit this and then the rest of the docs required. Also, the website states courses required as chem, anat/phys, and pharmacology but the paper app "intro to prospective student" letter indicated they also require physics. Does anyone know whether I can apply with physics in progress and whether they accept an online physics course. Can anyone in this program provide a bit of info on the program.

I called a couple weeks ago with similar questions. I know for sure that physics is no longer required. The PDF paper application with the intro letter stating that you need physics needs to be updated. As for the application process - I believe everything goes to Allegheny first and then if you are accepted, you complete the application to LaRoche. I would just give them a call and clear everything up. They were very transparent and helpful when I spoke with them.
