Albany State Bridge Program January 2022

Published

Hello everyone,

I wanted to created a forum for anyone who may have applied to the nursing bridge program at Albany State University for January 2022. I believe the deadline for all application is November 1st. I look forward to seeing anyone on this forum.

My current stats are

GPA: 3.52

TEAS: 74%

Paramedic for 2 years

Also looking for any advice from anyone who may have an idea on how they go about completing this program and still paying bills? Are you all still planning on working throughout the program? I'm going to have to. Look forward to hearing from you all!

I would call (MODERATOR EDIT OF NAME) on Monday. Someone made a mistake.

I think a lot of people applied with higher grade .. most are my friends are of 3.5,3.7 etc

Yeah but it says GPA must be 2.80 or better, yours is higher than that so the box other should've been checked, so I don't understand that

That’s all I am saying. If it was more competitive this year, I would understand that; but to say my GPA is less than what it is? That’s what I was confused about.

What was your GPA? If you don’t mine me asking.

3.51 GPA.

TEAS: 74

No letter. Applied for program prior to this one and got pushed into this period. I have no idea what’s going on anymore. I’ve confirmed multiple times from the nursing department if they still had my application and they advised yes.

3.0 I transferred from another school.

I talked to someone in the nursing program and they were not able to give a straight answer. All they said if you were not admitted at the time of application, there is a chance of getting denied due to that.
