Hi everyone! Just wanted to start this thread for everyone applying to the AHS Fall '24 new grad cohort so we can get to know each other and share updates. I just applied for obstetrics and received an email back with supplemental questions yesterday. I'm an external candidate but have always wanted to work at Highland so hope it works out! Good luck everybody, we got this!💗

I've gotten mine, she sent it right after confirming my time, yes bug them! Get the link so you don't have to stress over it.

For those of you who had an interview today, how did it go? Any advice or tips on how to answer the questions they give you? Thanks!

Has anyone heard back from Med surg, step down, or telemetry? I only really applied to those units and but have not heard anything back yet and getting kind of worried (External applicant)? Thank you!

I haven't heard back from them specifically but my recruiter told me they would be apart of my panel. I believe the last day to send out interviews was Friday 😞

anybody had their interview yet or have advice? what kind of questions was it? also good luck to everybody who is interviewing this week 🙂

My application status still says "active applicant"... I am still hopeful but I keep seeing if we were accepted for an interview we would have been notified last Friday. (External applicant). All my best to those interviewing!

I had my interview yesterday. Anyone know when they will get back to us?

I'm assuming within the next two weeks. In the email it said mid to late October, offers will be sent.

Same, I am feeling pretty certain that I am not longer in consideration. Never got invited for an interview. Makes me think my questionnaire was not good or something.
