Hi there! Officially got selected today! I was an alternate the first time I applied. Post here if ure going COT Jan 2017!

JmanRN80 if you did your physical at MEPS you will not have to do it again. If you just filled out the documents for MEPS you will have to do it again if it has been submitted over 60 days ago. I was supposed to get my physical at MEPS before submitting my package but was unable to because we PCS'd in the middle of this process and had to change the MEPS I will be going to.

Try 6 months to 1 year. At the fourth month point, you'll get an interim clearance until the investigation is complete (if there's nothing that raises red flags). It's a pretty lengthy process.

Tinz101, just wondering, when will you quit your job so you can prepare for the Air Force ? I just spoke with my recruiter and waiting for a MEPS date.

Hi tinz101, oh ic. Probably a month before too but I wish sooner so I have more time to prepare. I know it's a little too soon to make one but would you or anyone want to make a Facebook page for COT January 2017 so communication can be easier ?
