Aiken Tech Spring 2015

I am starting a tread for students applying for the Spring 2015 term. The deadline to submit your application is September 26, 2014. I am hoping we can help each other out and help answer questions. Good Luck to everyone!

No letter or phone calls....trying to stay busy and not keep rushing to mailbox everyday. Arent they starting to have registration for spring starting before november 1st?

I don't think we would get a letter until about the first week of November... Although I'm sure if you applied for both ADN and LPN you should receive a phone call sometime soon asking which program you prefer. Previous threads letters were received November 2. Whenever it may be I know we are all very anxious to get some sort of notification!

I think I read in one of your post where you thought you were older than most students.. Around the age of 45?? If this is so, I want to encourage you by letting you know you are YOUNG.. I am 53 starting this process. I love every moment and feel as though for the first time in my life, I have a purpose !

Well...I take it as a good sign that nobody has heard anything yet. I am going crazy. I pray that I get in this time. I have been working at this for so long little by little. I am ready and eager to learn and help people. I can't wait to start this journey in my life, and I would love to do it with all of you guys.

Anybody hear anything yet? Starting to get a little worried. The new students at aiken tech get to start registering on Nov 3...if i dont get in i sure would like to pick my next classes before all the good ones are gone. I hate to admit it, but I have started checking the mail everyday....I woukd check it on sundays too if I thought it woukd come quicker..LOL!

Ronenboo if I were you I would register anyway just to be safe... You could always drop the classes if you got in! I called the other day and the lady said they had just started reviewing applications so I'm assuming we should hear something in about a week or two!

I feel like I can't wait any longer...lol. I get excited every time the phone rings hoping that it is the school, and I am also checking my mail praying for a thick envelope. Maybe soon we will know something. As soon as I hear something I will be sure to post.

I'm the same way. I know we still have a few weeks before we will hear anything but my heart still stops for a moment every time I open my mailbox. Did they say how many applications they got this time? Just curious :)
