agencies for newly qualified in oz

Hi all,

This is my 1st ever post on this so hope its done correctly!! But im hoping to get some info-it would be greatly appreciated. Im a newly qualified Irish Nurse travelling to Oz the end of sept, everything is applied for-visa and queensland registration but I just would like help if anybody knows of agencies that take on newly qualified nurses? I know you can apply to the hospitals but I would prefer agencies as i can pick my own hours!!! cheers!

Newly qualified and you will not meet the requirements for most agencies. You need to be able to just go in and function with minimal orientation.

As a new grad, you usually are not equipped for this.

Would most definitely would apply directly for one facility and get a good, solid orientation behind you.
