Agencies hiring nurses without experience

All the advice being given at this thread are excellent. All I can add is that do all the research before signing anything and not after, otherwise, you will be having a hard time.

thanks a lot for all the advises,i really appreciate it ... 4floridabound, i haven't signed in for any particular hospitals, yet... still looking for a good hospital :)... zasha, yeah i think its a good idea to stay with a family first... thanks a lot guys.. :)

try to inquire at these agencies. you can look for their contact numbers and adresses at the poea website. they only need nclex and ielts to file for visascreen

The nurse has to have those passed to file for the VSC. The agency cannot file, they only can facilitate by paying the fee.

And do your homework. Do not rely on any list. Just because the agency is listed with the POEA does not mean a thing to us here. There have been many that have had that certification that are now in trouble with the US government, etc. And do not go with an agency strictly on the basis that they will hire you without experience, check them out and thoroughly do that. The time to ask questions is before you sign, and not after.

And with immigration rates sky-rocketing next month, please be very careful on what you sign.
