After NCLEX RN license closed/denied

I can't find a lot of information on this topic. I took my NCLEX Saturday today is Monday. I checked the Ohio Board of Nursing to see if I had pass or failed. My license is closed but the sub status says denied. I tried to contact the board but they transferred me to so many people and eventually I had to leave a voicemail for someone to return my call. Has anyone else had this post NCLEX license status? The articles I have read is quite alarming as I know I haven't did anything for an denial status. Any help is greatly appreciate thanks!!

That sounds like a very stressful position to be in. Do you have a DUI or anything like that in your distant past?

I hope you're able to get it cleared up soon ...or at least find out what's going on.

No I don't have anything on my record I'm already an Lpn with active license. Do you know if it would just say closed if I had failed ? Someone tried to tell me they say denied as well when Someone fails. Not sure why they couldn't just give me that simple answer at the board.

I live in Ohio and I can tell you that if your app is closed then you failed. They are pretty quick to post a license number if you pass and close it if you fail. With both my LPN and RN my number was posted by the next day. Now if you test on a weekend you'd have to wait until the next business day. I have no idea why it would say denied. That's a question to ask. Have you tried emailing them?
