does everyone have to undergo the residency training 1st before being a staff nurse? can u apply directly for staff nurse position if u worked in ahospital before? thanks
Hi cheesecurls when i took the RN-residency exam last month the proctor of the exam said to us that you must 1st have to undergo the residency training before being a staff nurse, that's what he said. But you can call them to be sure.
Have a nice day! :dncgbby:
Nurses..anybody here who personally inquired if they have released the results already? Not to take anything away from "official02", but as far as i can remember we were instructed to personally inquire through their office for the results...and not just merely through phone inquiries or info coming from friends...Were you instructed the same?
Rules are rules right..that's how they are in military...
It's for personal convenience to call them through phone first. Why would I go there if I will only waste my money and effort for nothing? You can try calling them too, I called four times already, I guess. The first time, they told me 2nd week of this month, the second try, perhaps by Friday of second week, the third one, 3rd week of December because they are busy with seminars, the last one was about my last post. Whenever I call them they will always tell me to contact them first. Anyway, anybody can try to call them too and go there personally. I will call them again by Monday hoping there'll be a miracle.
Well, just my 2 cents.
