Mar 24 I've never had nails done, only hair- those seem to be about a week (M-F).With most tests, if the preliminary result is positive, it takes much longer because they have to validate it further. I would think a nail test would take longer in general. Hope that helps!

They consider a positive drug test result as 'material evidence". But, it really depends on who your case manager is, and how well she does, or does not advocate for you.
