so i am leaning towards the AF once I earn my BSN! I just have a few questions.
What are my chances of getting into the AF as a nurse. I have a 3.5 GPA in college. I am not the most athletic person, (5"2', 112), but i will work out if that's what the job requires! lol I know that for the AF the PT is 4 wks? what do we do there?
I want to be in the OB section, what are my chances of being put there?
How long is the overall process from the submitting my application part to the actual being on location & stuff?
Last, I come from a family with lots of people in the Navy (none are nurses), so they are persuading me to enter the Navy instead of the AF. From what i've read and other advice i've received from AF & Navy nurses, the AF sounds better fit 4 me. But please give me your advice on this (pros, cons)...the more i know the better! :)
Thank You

look at all your options and what your long term goals are. Only make your decision after you feel you are able to make an informed decision
