hey ya'll, so as you know due to my title, i need advice on retaking this test. the first time, i had 265 questions, and thankfully i was not at a below average passing rate on any categories, but that isn't good enough. i did the hurst review, and did NCLEX 3500, but maybe i did too much and overwhelmed myself. Hurst was great as was NCLEX 3500, so what should i do to pass this test? i'm completely terrified because i am not pointed in any great direction at the moment...
so if anyone has some advice that personally worked for you, please let me know, like i said, i'm starting from square one and am just mind blown on what to do....
thanks so much

Sorry to hear you failed first time, I passed on third and found Saunders when looking after failing the second time and wished I had found the book sooner. I also used learningext.com. One to consider is Suzanne's plan and apart from having to buy the Saunders book is free as long as you meet her requirements all which is in the sticky.
okay, well thank you. i have the saunders light blue book, the fourth edition i believe. so thats covered. i keep hearing about kaplan good and bad, so i don't know about it. would saunders be the best choice personally from you and what others have said?
and suzannes plan, how do i go about it, i briefly read it, but what is the pass rate with this plan and is it a good idea, honestly...
As long as you complete Suzanne's plan as it is written (this is not the first tip that is mentioned in the sticky) and use nothing else then it has a very good pass rate. Personally I loved Saunders and still have my book (second edition) and although I know things have changed question wise I find it an excellent revision book
