Is there a specific section that you score low on that you know of from your previous attempts? Before I took NCLEX, I noticed that I was scoring low in safety and infection control so I read that section in my kaplan book a few times, and selected that section on the q bank for practice questions and that really helped me prepare. If prioritization is the problem then just practice those types of questions more. It's hard to say what the problem is, especially since you say that you're scoring extremely high on all of your reviews.
If it's just L&D and newborn questions then read over that section in your prep book and practice those types of questions. I'm not sure what review you're using now, but for kaplan you can select just health promotion and maintenance questions and practice hundreds of them. Try not to think of what you've experienced in the healthcare setting, but think of what you've read in your textbook and what you've seen in the reviews you took. We all know there's the real world then there's NCLEX world... Good luck!
I am almost in same situation.. been out of school for 2 years. I have failed board with 256 near passing and above... I started reading the content for Kaplan I want do fresh review Kaplan then I start doing questions... that's my plan... I am going to give 2-3 weeks content then do questions and will take it again. stay positive.. my advise refresh all contents.

Any advice please for me is appreciated. I have been in healthcare for 12 years and have been out of nursing school for 2. I have taken boards and failed at 265 more then once. On all my reviews I score above the national average. I always get the entire exam. I have done reviews and always score extremely high and was a good student in school as well. I am 30 I know there are some very intelligent people on this website and I would love some feedback. Thanks.
