Im going to make a very long story short. I was in HPRP for 9mo, when my case was closed with HPRP for noncompliance. 6 mo later, I got the notice that my liscense was on "Summary Suspension" as of 10/20/14. I cant afford an attorney because I havent been working. I am supposed to petition for dissolution within 30 days. Has anyone had to do that without an Attorney?

Could you please forward me the name of the lawyer you chose? I am spending a fair deal already and have yet to even see the Addictionist yet, all 3 names given had over 1 month wait to see them. I'm sure they will try for the 3 year plan and my lawyer insists he can get it down to 1 or no contract at all. Thank you so much mcm79, it appears you and I are in the same boat.... I have done this on my own, didn't follow thru with HPRP, license suspended, than I agreed to re-enroll in HPRP than suspension lifted. Pain in the orifice, took 6 mos but license active with restrictions, following monitoring agreement, suckin it up.
