I only call in to first lab mon thru fri, is this a mistake anybody else out there that don't call in on the wkends? I'm not complaining I just don't want to get in trouble for skipping so far no one has contacted me about it, and it's been 2wks in the program

I was literally in ur same shoes not so long ago it is very hard to deal with...I feel ur pain however everything has to b done within 45days so it won't be too slow ugh

Wow, I will say that u need an attorney asap and I know a great one also y did hprp close ur case? I just started a contract with hprp and I'm filing a second step appeal I also had an attorney good luck I wouldn't recommend going up against the Bon without legal representation

Hey brayrn I feel u, how is ur case going I was too scared to fight even though I have a good attorney just didn't want to risk suspension of my license, I too feel the dr are unethical...

Hello I'm do to sign a contract with hprp Friday however I want to appeal my last eval...have anyone had any success with a 2nd appeal? My attorney wants to close my case and fight with the Bon but I'm afraid to do that, I don't want a suspension on my license help!

All I can say is WOW! The stories are horrific I'm soo scared nursing is all I no and I have kids to take care of...I'm appealing my case as they recommended a 2yr monitoring agreement, I pray that I find a job even though I really don't want to wrk days or have a worksite monitor but it seems I don't have a choice r any other options, I have a very expensive attorney but so far it hasn't made a difference! Help! I wish I can talk to someone who has a success story ugh

Dharmlynn are you saying that getting an attorney does not help or it does help? Did you work at all as a nurse while in the monitoring agreement? Do you work as a nurse now? Did you have an attorney while going through the hprp process before you got a monitoring agreement?
