Hey!
I have been an excelsior student for about a year now and am coming close to the end of my nursing classes. I am currently in health differences across the lifespan 2 (alot of mental health, endocrine, urinary, etc). I feel there is soo much information to cover for this class, is there anyone who has taken it before and can possibly point out to me some areas to focus on?? I want to try to finish the class before the new year so by January I will only have one nursing class left.. Help me out please!

Hello i know this might be away from ur question but can u please tell me what tools u use to study your previous exams
Hey!! well I have been using Saunders NCLEX RN review, I found it very helpful in LPN school so I bought the RN version (almost identical to the LPN version so if you already have a PN version I wouldnt waste my money on the RN one) but anyway, that book has a vast amount of information that is well organized and easy to remember for the exam.. I also buy the packages from study group 101, i seem to find their flashcards very helpful and some of their study guides... Last but not least I follow the study guide as best as I can so I can try to cover all the topics for the exam.. the practices exams are heaven-sent since some of the questions are on the real exam.. they are definetly worth every penny... if you review all your questions from the practice exams and all the answer rationales, you will see a great amount of that on the actual exam. Hope this helps!

I'm going by the EC content guides and the required textbooks. I really can't afford anything else. I'll will get the practice exams as well and see what I know and what I need to focus on. As far as being accepted into a BSN program, there should be no problems being accepted into any BSN program (online or traditional) as long as you have your RN license and the required courses to get into the program.
