Advice on how to get the Mrs to doctor

From my understanding her situation isn't good. She has mitral valve prolapse, chf and her EF is 30%. On top of that she had a defibrillator implanted. It is now 6.5 years old. She refuses to go to a cardiologist for updates. Her reply is that she'd rather not know bad news. I think it's selfish as all get out because we have twins (5 years) to think about and it scares me. I live with a fear she can pass overnight and nobody knows. I hope that defibrillator does its job and all, but she needs to go to the doctor.

How do I get her there or do I not really have to worry so much?

Oh gosh I'm so sorry you are so worried. Try to talk to her again and perhaps urge her to contact her provider in the am?
