How hard is it? Study tips? Comparison to undergrad pathophys.

In my program, not too much different from undergrad.

As I recall. the exams were essay style. So it wasn't picking the right answer out of 4 choices. You had to really know the stuff

Sounds fair enough. I usually try to study where I can explain the info to others instead of just memorizing.

@Oldmahubbard sounds like your advanced patho was much more rigorous. My advanced patho class was challenging but not as challenging as I imagined it would be. The hardest questions on exams were the Select all that apply.
