ADN Program Grads - What's your job situation?

How long did it take you to find a job? What kind of employment? Where at? Etc.

Featured Replies

Still looking..graduated in May passed boards in July..I'm still employed though..just not in nursing

As far as my colleagues, most of them found jobs though..I have two classmates at UMMC, one classmate at Washington Adventist, one classmate at St. Agnes, and one classmate at BWMC. I have another who is working at a drug rehab facility, another one who is working in a doctor's office setting, and another one at a nursing home. I just am really looking to start in an acute setting.

Thank you for the reply! :D

Were you volunteering or anything during your program?

No, I just worked full-time. I work in healthcare though doing clinical research so I do have a little patient contact.

Well, I hope you get something soon. Good luck to ya. :)

I graduated in May and did not find a job until Oct. it was on a sub acute rehab unit. Then in Dec I received a call to interview for a position at a city hospital. Got the job and left the sub acute care into for a Oncology position.
