Adn nurse moving to dallas tx

I graduated in May 2017 with my ADN-RN. I'm looking to move to Dallas, TX next year. Any suggestions on good hospitals? And pay? I will have 8-10months of med-surg experience when I move and I also have 2.5 years of LPN experience.

Sorry to tell you, but the Dallas market is tough for ADNs. There are so many nursing schools in the area. My friend recently graduated with her ADN and had a very hard time finding a job. I would suggest looking at Medical City Plano and Texas Health Resources Plano - those were the only two places that she was able to get job offers at (and it took months, so be patient and start contacting them before you move!)
