admissions essay for national university

Hello, ive applied to the nursing program at NU Rancho Bernardo and i was denied because of my essay but the school doesnt give back feedback at all on the essay so i would really appreciate it if someone gave me some ointers on how they wrote there essay or the topic you had.. my topic was.. name a time in your life when youe encountered a interpersonal conflict how did you change it and what did you learn from it.

Please help im really discouraged

Wow, that's a really tough topic. I am applying to NU as well, to LVN-BSN program, and will be writing their essay in couple weeks... As I understand, "interpersonal conflict" is conflict between two individuals who work together (google's definition). I've never had a conflict at work, I don't think I have any idea what I could've written about... Refer to fight with my classmate when I was 10? lol. Where did they come up with stupid topic??? I don't have any pointers, sorry, I'm just really surprised it was not in the line of "why do you want to be a nurse"...
