Actual GPA! (TWU or others)

hello everyone. i've been lurking around for a while, but never posted before.

i'd like to ask anyone of what your actual gpa was and what program you were accepted to and what year (doesn't matter if it's not twu)? i'm trying to get my gpa up to a 3.9 from a 3.6 for twu's fall 07 application and others, and would like to get a clue of the accepted gpa. thanks:thankya:

I went to TVCC in kaufman got in with a 3.42 others got in with as little as a 2.7 ..... they go by a point system there. 2006 GN

I just graduated from TWU-Dallas nursing school.. I had a 3.7 going into nursing school but it actually was raised to a 3.9 because I was a second degreed student. (TWU adds .2 points to you accumulative GPA). Many people ask why the GPA requirements are so high but after going through nursing school I can honestly say that you have to have good grades and a good foundation to do well. It is very competitive but for good reason. Nursing isn't just bedside care anymore.. it is so much more. Good luck!!
