Would doing CPR or stopping the bleeding take precedence? Wouldn't CPR exacerbate the blood loss?

CPR circulates the blood volume. Why circulate something that is not there?

Review the definition of SVR.

Not enough to pump. The cardiac output would equal ZERO.

I would have spent my effort . blasting volume expanders.
