Your degree would be conferred through Excelsior College, as Achieve is not a school. Excelsior RN grads are currently not eligible for licensure in California: Excelsior College | State Board Requirements
Also, please read what the school has to say about test prep companies: Excelsior College | Advisory
If you plan on seeking a California license, this is not a viable route for you. Do you have any local in-person bridge programs?

What Pixie said, unless you want to work in a federal facility in california, in which excelsior is recognized.

Achieve is not a school. They are a tutor service and not really necessary as you can make your own schedule and budget through excelsior and save yourself about five thousand dollars or more.

Very strange you signed up when this thread was created and also that you don't have any other interactions on any other forum???? Either way tell the original poster why it works for you and what makes it so great.. are you an LPN? How long have you attended excelsior? I completed the program without using any test prep programs and it was very doable. My mom used one similar to yours and so did my sister, but neither finished the program for there own reasons.
