about accustomation permit

i just want to ask regarding rn licensure.i am a foreign nurse who wish to seek a license here in the state of texas.i am doing my credential evaluation with the eres .i have never been licesensed since the date of my graduation.i have got my BSN degree back in Nov 2009.

my question is do i need a refersher course if so how can i get the refersher coure do i have to apply to the board ?

i need to know about accustomation permit what is it for?can anybody tell me where to find the form?
