i just want to ask regarding rn licensure.i am a foreign nurse who wish to seek a license here in the state of texas.i am doing my credential evaluation with the eres .i have never been licesensed since the date of my graduation.i have got my BSN degree back in Nov 2009. my question is do i need a refersher course if so how can i get the refersher coure do i have to apply to the board ? i need to know about accustomation permit what is it for?can anybody tell me where to find the form?

I just want to know about the time limit to take NCLEX exam after gratuation. I got my BSN degree back on 2009 in my hometown. Since then I have never been licensed as a first level or general nurse in my home town. I got marred and came here in states. I'VE been here for almost one year and doing my CES. I'm hoping to get the evaluation soon and after that I will apply here in the state of Texas. How soon should I take the NCLEX exam cause now I cant afford all the expenses for the exam?

BSN will do u good in the future.once u got ur degree and next u have to do ur nclex exam.after tht u will have good oppurtnity in the future to continue ur education.u can reach up to phd.and certain specialization.
