accessing health records of others!!

What would be your response to a co-worker accessing computer health records of fellow employees including injured ones?? To who would you report this and have you seen this problem where you work. We are given a write up if we access our own health records!!

this is so illegal..fellow employees have the right of privacy per hippa as well as any other patient

report to your immediate superior

That's one of the main reasons I don't seek health care. Small town, HIPAA means nothing to some people.
