Well, I just got my acceptance letter today from Community College for Philadelphia (CCP). Yay! It was the only school I applied to, so I am happy to be offered admission. For those waiting on CCP, you may be getting your acceptance letter soon. :nuke:

Does anyone have any tips on how to get a high score on the Allied Health Test?

be quick on your feet. math, science, sentence corrections, ect. They dont give you enough time to complete. I have heard of people doing real good but all of the people that I know who did the test personally failed it. You must pass it with a high grade to get accepted, so I hear. Best of wishes.

Hii, i have a question for u...just startd attending ccp of phila for my prerqs, and i was wondering if it is hard to get into the Nursing Program there? and cud u list all the prerequistes i need to take1st to get into the program? im not very good with all of this and it gets confusing.id appriciate ur help ..Also did u take tests to get into the program and what kinds of tests and what you had to do to get in? and how long does it take to graduate>?

I am going to CCP for nursing. I am taking the prerequisites to apply after fall 06 semester.

I want to know if any other CCP students here. can they share their experiences about the program?

What are the the prereuqistes i need before applying and what i need all together?

Will you recommend it to me or anyone?

What hospitals do you have your clinicals.

Hello,

I would recommend that you attend the ccp nursing session. These sessions should be available starting the beginning of the fall semester. In order to apply for the nursing school you have to attend one of these sessions. During the session the guidance counselor will answer all the question you are asking and more. Also, during this session you will apply for the nursing program. However, they will not tell you the clinical sites. The clinical sites include Einstein, Temple, Pennsylvania, Presby, Jeanes, and more. You can call the nursing dept to find out when the nursing applications begin. I hope this helps.
