Accelerated BSN TCU Summer 2011

Just wondering who all applied to TCU for their Accelerated BSN program that starts this summer. Has anyone heard anything yet??

I have applied and have not heard a thing yet. The letters were supposed to go out mid February. I talked to them about mid January and she confirmed that. I bet they are behind because they were closed 5 days this month due to weather.

jniffer23-I called the nursing office and they gave me the status of my file over the phone!! I got in!!

Now i just have to figure out how to pay for it!! lol good luck!!

I called and all they said was that I should recieve the letter today. Congrats! I hope I hear the same news! I wish they would have told me on the phone at this point.

Maybe a part of me really wants to know and be pushy and the other part wants my husband to open the mail and give me the news...lol! My heart was pounding when I called.

I also found out last week, that I was accepted to TCU's Accelerated BSN program starting May 2011! Glad to find this site that has other ppl doing the same thing! Congrats to ya'll and I am excited to start!

i got into TCU's accelerated program as well:lol2::lol2::lol2::lol2::lol2::lol2::lol2::lol 2:

although I'm super excited, i'm also super stressed because i have no idea what the financial award package will be. and then i also have to figure out how to still pay bills (i.e. mortgage, car note) when we are only allowed to work no more than 12 hours. has anyone received their award package? do they provide you w/enough financial aid to cover the expensive cost? TCU is so darn expensive......should i be stressing about how to pay for it all???
