ACC LVN program Fall 2015

Hello!

I just submitted my application last week and was told Id be in the LVN program starting in Fall 2015. Anyone else with the same start date???

Hi,

I applied about 2 weeks before you did, and I called the school this week and they told me I am on track for Fall of 2015 as well. Seems like a long time to wait for the LVN program, but I guess we will be classmates :)

Wooow that's a long time to wait! Don't know if you're later planning on going for RN, but I suggest taking a few pre-reqs in the meantime. Best of luck to you both!

Our school is extremely competitive and wait list is even longer for RN but yes I have 2 more prereqs and I'll be able to bridge to RN after LVN program. They also offer a mobility program for LVN to RN. I've done the math and this is the most time efficient route for me :-)

Nope, so far just me and you. I am bummed out though, I just found out they are going to make us take the TEAS V test and rank our admissions based on a ranking system just like the ADN program. The problem is I've been waiting for almost a year already, and it might be longer now. It has been a long time since I've taken any science courses, not to mention I have to buy a whole new study guide. I had already purchased a HESI study guide. Soooo frustating!!! This school needs to get their stuff together and quit making random changes like that!!!! :madface:
