Hello, I figured I would start a conversation since I haven't read anything in regards to ACC's lvn to rn program. I applied to the mobility program fall 2019. I was wondering if anyone knew how many are accepted into the program and also how is their ranking process. I believe if I calculated correctly I have 40 points. When will we find anything out?
I did and registered for the EVC for the second session. Cindy said we would hear in mid June if we're accepted. Thats so late! My job is pressing me as far as the fall schedule, especially since I'm not the only one who applied. I've heard working during this program is really not a good idea... what are you guys doing work wise?

Same here! Looks like we signed up for the same class. Yeah I heard this program is gonna be challenging since it’s accelerated. my coworkers are aware I may not be around much longer but when they pressured me for a schedule I proceeded as if I was staying on full time. Kind of sucks but since they refuse to wait and kinda forced my hand I have to take care of me first, just Incase I don’t get in.

I was just in the office today. They told me there wasn’t enough applicants so they extended the deadline for students who needed just one or two more classes to finish. However the credits that they complete after the original deadline will not be factored into their score, they just needed a bigger pool of applicants. There still going through the traditional track applications but I was told that they were going to start looking through mobility on Monday and we’d all find out end of may. I asked about the summer classes as well and got the same answer. Everything’s going to happen rather quickly.
