My biggest goof was that I didn't check to see if my offical picture was up-to-date (which it wasn't) but I couldn't do anything about it because I was deployed. Oh well.....At least our Board Files will be totally Good to Go by next year.

Yes Lunah

Make sure any and all awards, or military school certificates are loaded up by your S1 and entered on your ORB and that all your "fruit salad" i.e., ribbons match up with what is listed. Very Important

Make sure that your last OER through date is correct and entered on your ORB

You will be able to check your Board ORB (the ORB that the members of the promotion board will be looking at) at least 60 days before the promotion board meets

Have someone look over your ASU (class A's) with a fine tooth comb before you get your DA photo done.

Get your 360 assessment done ASAP
