Hello everyone!
I am a prospective student for Samuel Merritt's ABSN program, and I had a few questions for anyone who has applied or is currently in the program. I plan to apply for Fall 2021 where the deadline is April 1, 2021. However, I'm currently entering my last semester where I won't obtain my degree until May 2021; does anyone know if SMU provides conditional admission for students without their degree by the deadline? I would not want to go through the application process if they do not.
Thank you,
Hopeful Future RN!

Will all of your pre-req courses be completed by the time you need to apply? You can always speak with a advisor at the school to double-check if this will interfere with your ability to apply for the program.

You can apply with course work in progress. And typically within a month or two of apps being due there will be an academic update where you’re able to add current transcripts etc. I didn’t receive my bachelor until months after applying and my app was still allowed in for consideration.

Hello all
I have received acceptance to the Summer ABSN Oakland Cohort. I wanted to hear from anyone that is currently in the program or has completed the program. What did you think of your education? How many clinical hours did you complete in the year of the program? Where were your clinicals?

Hi Everyone,
I am currently in my application process for accelerated BSN for fall 2021. Although I do have TEAS test taken I wanted to take it again to improve my score. And I'm thinking of not rushing to give TEAS before the April 1st deadline. Since they do allow to take TEAS 3 times; Does anyone know if I can submit my higher TEAS score after the due date of submitting my application?
