ABSN Pace University Fall 2022!!

Published

Hi All!

Figured I'd start a thread for the aspiring Fall 2022 cohort! I haven't seen one as of yet but better late than never. Is anyone applying to Pace for the Fall 2022 semester in NYC? I'm very nervous, I've reached out for recommendations and am hoping to have my personal statement along with my application submitted by the end of week or in the next week and a half latest. Ah it's nerve-racking, I've been chatting nonstop to family about it and they are sick of me at this point so figured I'd come here to get out my nervous jitters!  Where are you all along in the process and are you applying to any other schools?

May I ask why you’re choosing SBU over Pace? I got accepted to both but every time I make a decision I teeter back. Luckily I sent my deposits to both schools to hold my spot but I am so stuck.

I actually live 2 blocks from Pace, but the tuition is the biggest reason. Although I’ll be renting a room near Stony Brook it’ll still be more affordable for me than attending Pace. I plan on pursuing a masters to do psych NP so I don’t want any debt from undergrad programs, hopefully not graduate programs either. There are a few other reasons but I don’t want my decision deterring anyone from Pace. You can email me if you’d like to know more in depth

If you don't submit all prereqs they don't even see your application I think.

I applied 25th of February, still waiting, my dashboard is the same.

Ignore my last post please. I meant to say I applied 25th of January and still expecting feedback. No changes to my dashboard either.

They do, they let you apply and and they can accept you pending completion of prereqs.

Did anyone received a rejection letter? My application was completed on 10/19/21. I am still waiting for a decision. I feel like they may be sending a mass rejected email.

Same here. Applied the 25th and no changes at all. Hoping we hear back soon!

it doesn't sound like anyone's heard anything yet! They did reach out to me last week because a document was missing from my application, but nothing since.

on their website it says "Please note that all prerequisite coursework must be completed, with grades, ahead of the respective application deadline." so I think if your prereqs aren't done and with a grade before the deadline they won't look at it.

True, but if you speak to the admissions counselors, they will tell you that you can.

Has anyone else heard back? I'm getting super anxious just waiting ?
