Has anyone else applied for their most recent new-grad RN residency program? I applied the day after it opened up.
I thought I'd start a thread for anyone else who signed up to discuss it. Perhaps someone might know how many people they usually take per round or something?
I'm not putting TOO much hope into it since I'm an ADN, but from what I understand these types of residency programs are the only good shot at getting into hospitals as a new grad nowdays.
Does anyone plan to try and call them to follow-up or something? I've thought about it, but they explicitly state on their website not do to that, haha.
Interesting, hopefully that means they are starting to make calls? Who knows, on facebook it just states the 09/19/11 start date and encouraging more applications. Hopefully, they will have a larger cohort, as that means more spots. Good luck!
Just finished looking at their facebook page and Abrazo posted that they are still calling candidates for interviews and that they will have made all decisions for selected cadidates by Sep 10.
