Hi folks,#
Just read in a website about a home that puts a welcome basket in the room of new residents with goodies in it as well as info about the home - thought this was a really nice touch. Any other folks got any other above and beyond the call of duty ideas to make our residents feel valued and comforted?:balloons:

Heh. We're so regulated we'd probably be yelled at for putting goodies within reach of an ambulatory hungry diabetic.
Pardon me today. I'm a bit bitter.

I noticed last night that someone had very thoughtfully left us a nice big bunch of flowers, shame that some of the foliage was actually poisonous berries! Try explaining that to MrX's nearest and dearest after he has eaten the berries because he will eat anything, gloves, napkins(the kind you wipe your mouth with!)anything that comes within hands reach.
All our rooms are usually repainted before a new occupant arrives so they are usually greeted with the smell of fresh paint!
